A simple and elegant wedding at Badger State Brewing Company was just what Dominic and Kara envisioned. Their wedding day was so natural, so relaxed, and so FUN! With all the black and floral along with the wooden and gold accents, was absolutely the perfect theme for these two.

They started the day getting ready with the bridesmaids and groomsmen. Each cracked open a beer for their unity portion during the ceremony….well because you are in a Wisconsin brewery and these two love their craft beer. The rest of the afternoon was spent having a blast on the steps of Lambeau Field with their bridal party, including popping a bottle (or two) of champagne to celebrate.

Good company, quality food, and service made their reception off to a great start for the evening. It was the simple things that made big memories for these two and their family and friends. They danced well into the night together as husband and wife. What more could you ask for? Congratulations Dom and Kara!

How Did You Two Meet:

“We met while in high school and are one year separated. We lost touch thereafter, but were reconnected in April 2016 as our two friends, who are now married, set us up on a foursome date. The rest is history.”

K: It was a Monday night in December, the 4th of 2017 actually, it was a dating anniversary. 1 year 7 months. Dom is much more romantic than I. He had some flowers and a note on the table when I walked in from work at like 9 pm. There was the bottle of wine from our first date on the table also but he is super sweet so this didn’t strike me as unusual. He kind of was lingering around in the living room and I was kind of thinking like what are you doing LOL shortly after he proposed and was in super shock and soon thereafter said yes. Turns out I don’t like surprises 😂 we really had never discussed marriage and I made sure he knew I wasn’t going anywhere but could wait for an actual wedding for a bit.
